       You will have the opportunity to modify and
       adjust the exercises to fit your ability. A perfect
       class for beginners and those who have
       been away from the barre​.

​​        Emmy Frevele is offering you a dance approach

       to working out. This is a wonderful stretching

       and strengthening class. The perfect way to

       start your weekend.
